Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity |
(1) Each teacher takes up the role as a personal tutor to take care of a small group of students. All teachers are responsible for student discipline and counselling; <br>(2) Staff professional development in teaching NSS curriculum and catering for learner diversity is offered;<br>(3) Diversified learning mode is promoted and the curriculum is designed to cater for diverse learners' needs;<br>(4) Diversified evaluation format is adopted;<br>(5) Collaborative lesson plan and peer class observation is promoted to enhance effective practices to address learner diversity;<br>(6) Diversified remedial and enhancement tutorials are offered after school for both strong and weak students; <br>(7) Aptitude / academic ability test is arranged for admitted students; <br>(8) Skills training courses / taster courses are offered to meet the various learning needs and interests of students; <br>(9) Homework tutorials are arranged to help students complete their assignments; <br>(10) Small-class strategy is adopted. |

Home-School Co-operation |
PTA participates and supports actively in various types of school functions and activities. PTA plays an important role in enhancing communication between the College and parents by using different means such as school circulars, school website, PTA Newsletter and SMS messages. |

KLC students are nurtured based on Christian values. The members of Student Support Services Team include the Preacher, Social Workers, Head of Student Development, Career Counsellor and all teachers. The culture of 'loving and caring one another' is promoted in the campus. |

Extra-curricular activities are arranged as the 'Other Learning Experience' (OLE) activities. There are over 20 activity clubs and committees such as Basketball Club, Students Fellowship, and Rotaract in the College. |
