Our school emphasizes teaching and learning. We have a professional and experienced teaching team. Subject panels have lesson collaboration and lesson observation. We also invite scholars and professionals from other sectors to share their opinions on school-based curriculums and develop accurate assessment guidelines and system. Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity |
School-based personal growth curriculum is implemented based on the needs of different levels. ‘Self-Discipline, Self-Learning & Self-Respect’ are the educational goals in junior secondary, whereas senior students learn to ‘accept challenge, make commitments and strive for excellence’.<br>To cater for learning differences inside classroom and to facilitate remedial and enhancement scheme, a specialized committee is established to carry out diagnosis for further follow-up.<br>Our school has actively cooperated and consulted various professional associations since 2008. We provide educational and counseling services to individuals. These services assist students to handle relationship with parents, release pressure from studies and resolve peer conflicts, in the light of enhancing personal growth and psychological well-being. |
Approach to Integrated Education |
The school is committed to build a culture of inclusiveness and support students with special educational needs in a whole school approach.<br>The school's study support team includes special education needs coordinator, discipline and counseling head, and class teachers. The support team works and collaborates with other subject groups to support students in need.<br>The school has flexible use of the "Learning Support Allowance" and outsourcing professional services such as psychologist services, social groups and so on to assist students with different needs.<br>The school also provides study, homework and assessment adjustments for students in need. It also helps students design specific and feasible support plans through different meetings. |

To strengthen communication and cooperation among parents, teachers and the school in order to help students in their academic endeavour and to ensure a healthy development in both body and mind for students, the Parent Teacher Association is established to arrange regular meetings and activities. In order to put together a holistic school development plan, the school has issued a 5-year and a 3-year development plan when the school was founded. At present, formulating annual school development plans has become a yearly routine for better and clearer development goals and measures. |
